Most of my time these days is spent re-imagining retail with the team at American Field – whether it’s on the ground for our in-person pop-up marketplaces, our first-of-its-kind digital event, or connecting small brands with vacant retail spaces, we’re all about connecting cool brands with consumers that care.
The LIVE INSPIRED – LIVE DENIM collection is about the people you meet in the places you go – the things you take with you, built strong enough to hold up to your adventure. Each piece is designed and crafted in America, in collaboration with Charles Miller Brand Denim.
The OKAY x FITZ collection is three pieces from the collective hiveminds of one-woman, Colorado-based operation Okay Denim Co. and myself – to date, two Hawaiian shirts and a flannel.
Back in 2019, I was included in the Blue Blooded Instagrammers series on the Denimhunters blog alongside some of my favorite denim dudes.
In June 2020, I teamed up with leadership in the US Denim Hangs community to put together a live-stream panel discussion of black voices in the denim community. The stream can be watched on-demand.
You can catch me setting up my camera or laptop at Brick a few days a week – we’re a group of artists, designers, makers, and creatives utilizing a 100+ year old mill building in Holyoke, MA.
I’ve been a guest on the Vir Vulnerabilis Vir podcast alongside Charles Miller to discuss race in denim, as well as the Grit & Kin podcast to talk about denim community and small business hustle.
